Perform at a show
Performer
Dance, sing, play, anchor, DJ or cosplay on the night.

- The fandom's crew moderator · usually 2-3 days
Work at show
Crew
Camera, editing, design, sound, lights, or hands on the day - paid or as a volunteer.

- A crew card, and the calls you can apply to

- Who decides
- The fandom's crew moderator · usually 2-3 days
Sell at a show, or on the site
Vendor / seller
A stall on the night, or merchandise listed in the shop.

- Stall applications, or a seller account with listings
- We will ask for
- Your business name and address · GSTIN and FSSAI, where they apply · Who to pay
- Who decides
- The vendor moderator, or the merch manager for shop listings · usually 3-5 days
Sponsor a show
Sponsor
Put your name on the night and agree what you get for it.

- Sponsorship offers on shows that are looking

Offer my theatre
Theatre
You own or run a screen and want fan shows in it.
- You get
- Your theatre on the site, its seating plan, and the shows proposed for it
- We will ask for
- The venue and its address · How many screens and seats · Something showing it is yours to offer

- A site manager · usually 3-5 days
Work at Fans Show
Site team
Join the team that runs the site itself - support, shows, moderation, accounts.
