These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of Fans Show (the "Service") when you use the site, book a ticket, enrol in a fandom, buy merchandise, host a show or work one. By creating an account or placing an order you accept them.

Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days of receipt, as the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 require. Requests about your data are answered within 30 days.

1. Who may use the Service

You must be 13 or older to hold an account, and 18 or older to book a screening certified "A", to apply for crew or vendor work, or to host a show. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian may book on their account for you.

2. Your account

The account is yours alone: keep the password to yourself and tell us at once if someone else has used it. Roles on the staff side are granted to people, never to shared mailboxes, and every action is logged under the person's name.

3. Tickets

A booking is confirmed when payment is verified or, for pay-later bookings, when seats are assigned and paid for by the deadline shown. The price is the one shown at the time of booking, itemised or as one price with the Fans Show fee inside, as the show's payment rule states; nothing is ever added at the counter. Tickets carry a QR code that admits the number of people shown once; they are not transferable and may not be resold above face value. The theatre's own rules of entry apply.

4. Cancellations and refunds

In short below; the full rules are on Refunds & Cancellations, which is part of these terms.

  • Tickets you cancel: confirmed tickets are not refundable or transferable. A pay-later booking that has not been paid can be dropped at any time at no cost. The ₹30 booking fee is not refundable.
  • The show is cancelled or rescheduled: a full refund of what you paid, except taxes and the platform (booking) fee, within 7 working days to the way you paid - or keep the ticket for the new date.
  • Fans Show membership: paid once, no automatic renewal. Full refund within 14 days of paying if unused; no refund after use or after 14 days. It is not enrolment in a fan association, which is separate.
  • Fandom enrolment: once paid, it cannot be cancelled and the fee is not refunded. An unpaid request lapses at no cost.
  • Merchandise: no returns or exchanges. Refunded or replaced only if lost or damaged in transit, or wrong because of our mistake.
  • Food at shows: cancel until preparation starts for a full refund; not refundable once collected.
  • EU residents: the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to tickets for a screening on a fixed date (Art. 16(l) Consumer Rights Directive); where the law gives it for merchandise or membership, it is honoured.

Approved refunds reach the original payment method within 5-7 working days. To ask, write to support@fansshow.in or call / WhatsApp +91 78422 75557 (9 AM - 5 PM IST) with the booking reference.

5. Merchandise sellers

Merchandise is sold by the seller named on the listing, who is responsible for the product, its description, its country of origin and its delivery; Fans Show is the marketplace. The seller's legal name, address and grievance contact are shown on every listing as the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 require.

6. Hosting a show

A host warrants that it holds, or will hold before the show is published, the licence to exhibit the film and any music at the venue, and every permission the venue, the municipality and the police require. The theatre names its rate, the site adds its fee and the mandatory services, and the host's addition on top is approved by the site before it is charged. Money a host collects for seats is recorded and, under the show's payment rule, the site's fee on those seats is due from the host.

7. What you post

Reviews, wall posts, requirements and applications are yours; you give Fans Show a worldwide, royalty-free licence to show them on the Service for as long as they are up. Post nothing you do not have the right to post, nothing unlawful, defamatory or abusive, and nothing that identifies another person without their consent. We remove what breaks this on notice - see Copyright and takedowns - and close accounts that keep doing it.

7A. Rules at the show

The Show Rules - no smoking, alcohol or drugs, no misbehaving, no recording, cooperating with security staff and the rest - are part of these terms and apply at every show. Anyone who breaks them may be refused entry or removed without a refund. You accept them each time you book.

8. Not allowed

Scraping, automated booking, sharing or reselling tickets, circumventing the queue or rate limits, impersonating anyone, or interfering with the Service.

9. If a show does not happen

Screenings depend on venues, distributors and events outside anyone's control (force majeure). If a show cannot go ahead, your remedy is the refund in section 4; neither Fans Show nor the host owes travel or other costs.

10. Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything the law does not allow to be limited. Otherwise, to the extent the law permits, Fans Show's liability to you for a booking or order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction - without taking away the protection of the consumer law of the country you live in, or your right to use its courts and its consumer dispute bodies (in the EU, the online dispute resolution platform).

12. Changes

We may change these terms; a change that affects you materially is announced by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. The date at the top is the date of the current version.
