Refunds & Cancellations

This page says when an order on Fans Show can be cancelled or refunded, and how long a refund takes. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices are listed on Services & Prices.

1. Movie and fan show tickets

• If you cancel: confirmed tickets are not refundable and cannot be transferred.
• If the show is cancelled or rescheduled: you get a full refund of the amount you paid, except taxes and the platform (booking) fee, within 7 working days, to the way you paid. Or, for a rescheduled show, you may keep your ticket for the new date.
• Booking fee: the ₹30 booking fee is not refundable.
• A pay-later booking that has not been paid yet can be dropped at any time at no cost.

2. Fans Show membership

• Introductory offer: ₹199 for 6 months or ₹499 for 1 year, paid once.
• It does not renew automatically.
• Full refund if you cancel within 14 days of paying and have not used it. No refund after you have used it, or after 14 days.
• This membership is with Fans Show. It is not enrolment in any fan association - fan associations run their own enrolment, separately.

Fandom enrolment

• A fandom enrolment (a member's badge in a fan association) cannot be cancelled once it is paid, and its fee is not refunded.
• Until it is paid - while the association is checking it, or in the 24 hours to pay after approval - it costs nothing and simply lapses if left unpaid.

3. Merchandise

• No returns or exchanges.
• We refund or replace an item only if it is lost or damaged in transit, or if we sent the wrong item or made a mistake. Write to us with your order number and a photo.
• Delivery depends on your pincode; the delivery charge, if any, is shown before you pay.

4. Food orders at the theatre

• You may cancel until preparation starts, for a full refund.
• Once your order is collected, it is not refundable.
• The menu depends on what is available at the theatre on the day.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
