What we do

Fan shows, done properly.

Fandoms host the screenings. Fans book fairly, help out, and get credited. Sellers and suppliers plug in. And every rupee - tickets, merch, bills, payouts - is on one set of books. Start with who you are.

01

Book a seat, fairly

Pick a show and a section. Seats are allocated in order, held while you pay, and the waitlist moves up by itself when someone drops out. No bots, no refresh wars.

02

Join a fandom

A membership gets you first pick on the fandom's own shows, member pricing, and a badge. Some shows open to members days before the public.

Be part of the night, in your capacity

One crew card, four ways in: volunteer on the day, offer a paid service (editing, photo, video, design, social), set up a stall, or sponsor a show. Each asks only for what it needs; hosts post what their show needs; you apply in a tap.

Walk in with a QR

Your ticket lands on WhatsApp and email the moment it's confirmed. One scan at the door - even with no signal, the gate works from a list loaded before the doors open.

How a show happens

The same nine steps, every time, in this order.

  1. 1

    Coming soon

A film with no show yet drifts across the home page. Fans see it coming.

  2. 2

    A show is proposed

A fandom (or the house) sets the film, theatre, date and prices. The house approves.

  3. 3

    Members first

If the fandom chooses, its members book first. The badge tells everyone else when their turn comes.

  4. 4

    The word goes out

Pop-up on the site; WhatsApp, SMS and email to the people who asked to hear.

  5. 5

    Booking

Seats held in order, paid in a window, waitlist promoted automatically. What each ticket costs is written down at that moment and never changes.

  6. 6

    The crew

Hosts post calls; fans apply with talent cards; hosts confirm. Paid crew become a bill against the show.

  7. 7

    The night

QR at the door. Counter sales for walk-ins. Every rupee that arrives is a ledger line by itself.

  8. 8

    The wall

The people who made it happen are thanked by name on the show's page.

  9. 9

    Settlement

Takings minus refunds, charges, GST, vendor bills and crew bills is what the host receives. Itemised, and matched to the bank.

Things you'll notice

Members first

On a show card: the fandom's members can book now; you can from the date shown.

Opens at…

Booking is scheduled. The card says when; come back then.

Verified

On a crew card: this person's ID was checked by the site and their photo approved. The documents were deleted after; only the facts remain.

The megaphone

Beside the menu. Closed an announcement by mistake? It is in there.
